Now, the scenario all across the globe has transformed and women have become an inseparable part of the operational force across the globe. The world has realised the value of women and today in many companies women are paid more than men and even work as their bosses. Countries like Gulf, where women were not allowed to sneak out of their burquas, now have women running the finances of the house. The contribution of the working women in gulf industrial and other business projects is increasing with the passage of each day and days are not far, when it would be just the women ruling the entire world.

The demand of women workforce has increased with the companies becoming responsive of the competencies and the intellect of the women employees. Cities like Dubai, and other developed states in the UAE, were earlier considered backward in regards to women employment. They have restricted their women to the works constraining the households, and have always related them with the person handling the house, which is only their main job. But, after seeing the calibre of the women in all other fields in the foreign countries, Gulf is also opening doors for women workers. The skills and the talent of women have started being utilised in many fields like marketing, public relations, sales, writing, healthcare, etc. Now the cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi have developed so much, that there are women running their own successful business houses. Teaching is also a popular choice for job among women in Dubai or other emirates of UAE.

The safety of the women working in UAE is duty of its government. The strict laws and brutal punishments of the places there, allows every woman to work with full safety and contentment. Sexual harassment and misbehaviour have very cruel punishments, due to which no one even thinks of misbehaving with women employees and extra care and security is provided to them by the companies in Gulf. Many women from foreign lands go to gulf countries for job, to earn their living and the safety features facilitated by the government in Gulf, motivates them to work there. Smart tips for working women

Smartness is the key to handle the same things but differently. Those small things that might have ruined your mood for the rest of the day will no longer be a nightmare.

Here are some tips

If you have children, keep socks that are of same color. Many a times, moms are seen running to find the other matching socks. When all being alike pick any two. For that matter it applies to you as well. If not all of the same color, at least two pair alike.
Have bed sheets that are dark in color so that the urge to wash them every now and then does not bother you, until they start smelling. The dark color prevents them from getting dirty sooner.
Keep the keys of the car, the house just at the side of the main exit. This will help you just to pull things at the last moment. Also keep an extra pair in your purse if you lose one.
Keep some lunch packs with takeaway food ready anytime. Just grasp and boom, there you go.
If you have a very small kid, always keep a towel, a napkin, milk powder, a pair of diaper and clothes, in a bag ready. So whenever, you need to go away with the child, just take the purse and no more preparation required.
Keep pulses and vegetables clean before hand. All one needs to do is pour the contents in the pressure cooker/pan and it is ready. Saves from the hassle of opening the packet and then cleaning things.
Keep fried semolina, oats, or any preparation (that can be preserved to make a quick meal ready in few minutes), done in the refrigerator.
Ensure things are labeled and family members are well aware where a particular thing is kept. This will prevent them from bothering you every now and then.
Ensure that things are put back in place.
Maintain a diary which you can call “the next to buy in the weekend” list. Whenever you are picking the last quantity of any item, update the list of “next to buy in the weekend “with that item. This will help to have a real time basis inventory planning
